A very full bodied Colombian, with an almost buttery texture. Dark chocolate overtones with a sweet balanced acidity.

Sweet in flavor and delicious.  Because of its mild acidity it is easy to drink and highly consumed in America.  Does that mean we like our coffee weak?  I guess some of us do.  When you think sweet flavor of this coffee don't think overly sweet of a cappuccino but more of a milk and coffee 'with a hint of vanilla sweet'.
